Tracing back through their lineage, their generation of fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers have wielded their knives in the world of meat, as the sisters themselves once accompanied their forefathers to bustling pig farms and joined the hustle of roasting pigs for sale at the vibrant wet markets. These childhood escapades, painted with memories of sizzling roasts and bustling markets, have cast a lasting shadow on their artistic endeavours. It's these very memories that have steered them toward their artistic approach: MAXIMALISM.
